May 2006

New Cubmaster and Crew

New Cubmaster

Hello, my name is Michael Bütz and I became the Cubmaster for Pack 44 on May 19th; as Kevin Brooks departed in his venture further into Boy Scouts.  And, we thanked Kevin by having a lot of fun in our ceremony to send him on his way.

So, we showered him with our well wishes...as he truly did an outstanding job leading the Pack!  That same night, we also greeted two new Assistant Cubmasters, as well the last ones were ready to leave - just look at em'.

Dean Welliever and Bart James joined me in leading the Pack that night, along with the rest of our Den Leaders, Bonnie McClintock, Kelly Schmidt, Shelli Bütz and Kathy McKibbin.

Now, leading a Pack is a serious business; and it is about Scouts! This summer we have already had a Bike Rodeo in June and been to Big Timber Waterslide in July.  As you will find below, we will have a running list of events that will keep all the Scouts and Parents in our Pack informed.  Please look these events over and contact us if you have any questions.
