BILLINGS - Cub Scouts celebrated snow Saturday morning with their annual Polar Bear Day celebration. Cubs from Red Lodge to Hardin, came to Billings for the arctic event.
Sled races, tug of rope, and obstacle courses set the scene for family fun. Troup leaders say getting the entire district together represents their strength as an organization.

Polar Day Chariperson Bart James says, "Scouting is probably one of the best programs in helping a young individual grow and learn many, many skills that they can use throughout their life." About 300 cub scouts bundled up for this years event.
